Radio Show Production
In Loving Memory Radio offers a turnkey process. Our engineering staff will work with you to choose the best day and time for the live broadcast. The show is then posted as an archive and is available 24/7 for anyone with Internet access to enjoy.
The show is anchor hosted by a pre designated family member or friend. We provide a co-host to announce the guests and assist the anchor host. Once the day and time have been
selected, you have the option of pre-arranging guests to call into the show.
In addition, we recommend communication to friends and family to tune in and listen to the live show or call in to pay tribute, tell a story to celebrate the life. It is highly recommend that all callers utilize a corded hand held land line when placing a call. In the event a cell phone is the only option, we encourage the caller to be stationary.
The phone lines handle up to 3 callers, the fourth caller will receive a busy signal until a line is freed up. The call screener/show coordinator will assist in managing the callers to ensure a steady stream of participants. We will work with you to set the time parameters for each individual based upon the anticipated number of callers.
The show archive will be available within 2 business days of the broadcast for online listening on demand and will also be available for mp3 downloads. A CD will be sent out within 5 business days. The url for the audio file will also be provided for any future communications with family and friends.
The show is broadcast from the wsRadio studios in San Diego, California at 32KB, a minimum of 56K is required for listening. Individuals with dial up Internet access are encouraged to utilize the MP3 format of the archive and listen directly to the audio file from their computer.
